Our experience in the plastics business comes from different and complimentary angles. C. H. Gong is a knowledgeable, skilled and innovative mold maker, and also an engineer, who started in the plastics mold business as a mold maker apprentice more than 25 years ago. His factory team includes extremely talented and creative mold engineers. Today he is a Director and Factory General Manager of our Ping Wu factory, supervising our 200 factory personnel. Steven Book, Chairman, is a marketing-oriented product developer and innovator. He has created and developed numerous successful products internationally over the past 30 years. He has a deep and broad knowledge of Chinese culture. Through his past experience in development, manufacturing and international marketing he has managed numerous product development projects from start to finish. |

We also employ an extensive in-house training program for our mold makers. These efforts are paying off as we gradually make more of highly specialized molds and molds for very precise and demanding medical products, for example. Hong Kong Office-China Factory Integration for Maximum Efficiency |

| Our Hong Kong office is fully integrated with our China factory. On the technical side, for example, our tri-lingual Hong Kong-based staff includes design engineers, mold engineers, and product designers especially experienced in plastic materials and injection molded products. Our factory-based engineers are mainly mold engineers. |

At Delbrouck we uniquely offer experience in the plastics mold making business and product development from an international perspective. During the past few years we have been building an average of 40 to 60 injection molds per month. However, we are increasingly building more complex and precision-oriented molds, such as those for medical products, or large high-capacity stack or hot runner molds.
